Interesting hotel! Loved it. We booked king with small kitchen. The decor was amazing. Check was prompt and personable. So many sweet touches! A wicker basket every morning filled with delicious blueberries, strawberries, pineapple,egg fratada, vegtable juices, croissants! Refrigerator filled with freash water and other complimentary drinks. Wooden boxes of yummy snacks and cocktails if you so choose (for purchase). Convenient rooftop bar and restaurant overlooking city, as well as a rooftop heated mini pool. Cozy bathrobes to boot! Coffee shop right across from the lush tropical entrance hall A beautiful library with fireplace is great meeting place.

The place to go when you want to splurge! A little more costly than some (but less than others), the Signature Rooms are gorgeous, large, and wonderfully appointed. Ours had an extra half bath (so nice for "privacy"), dual sinks in a master bathroom that was luxury home quality, and a functional kitchenette. The morning "breakfast basket" was premium: egg bites, croissants, granola, yogurt and fruit (we expected a few stale muffins and cream cheese - but we were pleasantly surprised!). The location is perfect for everything Charleston. Off the edge of King Street, close to the water, the best dining, and so much more. A charming neighborhood. The rooftop - while seasonally windy - has spectacular views. But the best feature was the staff, from top (literally - ROOFTOP) to bottom. Every single person on the team OWNS the customer experience. Matthew and his team were spot on at every moment. Equally professional and personable. We'll be back!

Upon arrival, the concierge made sure we understood all of the amenities -- from daily happy hour, to the lounging pool, to in-room breakfast just to name a few. They also set up a travel crib for our 2 month old daughter. The bartender at the Watch was so friendly and kind, especially when our daughter acted up once. She poured us to-go drinks and boxed up our food so we didn't need to abandon our early dinner. The location was also great. It's close to anything you could want. A local meadery right down the street is worth a visit.

Locations was absolutely perfect! We were able to walk everywhere. We loved the breakfast baskets, we looked forward to them every morning. The wine and cheese hour was great and we loved having the coffee bar next door as well. We spent a couple days enjoying the rooftop pool and also made our way to the hotel bar for a few drinks. We will definitely be back!!

Breakfast was good! It was a nice mix of pastries, eggs, fruit! My only suggestion would be to ask what we’d prefer to have based on what’s available to not be wasteful if we wouldn’t eat it.

Wonderful experience all around. Apartment was perfect for our family, breakfast was a great touch having it delivered. The pool was fun and the restaurant really good. A nice bonus was having access to the jeep getting picked up and dropped off. We never waited more than 10 minutes and the drivers were great. Highly recommend this hotel

Great central location for strolling around the town and taking in the sights without being located right in the middle of the tourist attractions. cafe and restaurant are very good - as are nearby offerings. pool is small but suitable. staff were friendly and accessible and responsive.

We had an excellent stay at the Restoration. It is a super cute boutique hotel with a rooftop restaurant, coffee shop, and small pool area. The room we selected was more like an apartment and it was absolutely stunning. The location was the best part, being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go on King Street and beyond. The hotel also offers rides with their onsite Jeep Wrangler to bring you anywhere in downtown Charleston, which was a nice bonus. Lastly, the thing I most looked forward to each morning was the morning breakfast basket that was left outside our door each morning with a bunch of breakfast treats! The service was also outstanding! :)

Exceptional place to stay! Beautiful hotel with a good rooftop restaurant, delicious coffee shop, and beautiful lounge where they host social hour. They even brought you a basket with breakfast foods, right to your door every morning for free! The room was gorgeous. She location was perfect for those who want to explore historical Charleston on foot. 11/10 would recommend and plan on stay here every time we come back!

I liked the hotel, the staff were super friendly and check-in was quick. It was a great room with all the facilities required. It was also in a great location. Valet parking was efficient. There was a snack and mini bar which was a bonus.
